Anyone wanting to book a service at a Honda main dealer can now do so online. Servicing and repair work can be organised through www.honda.co.uk or individual dealers’ homepages. It will also allow you to book a courtesy car and collection service. The booking is confirmed by e-mail, phone or text message. The service is open to retail and fleet customers, half of whom have said they wanted to conduct more business with dealers over the internet.
