We drive the Jaguar C-X75 hypercar. Billed as a rival to the LaFerrari, McLaren P1 and Porsche 918 Spyder, commercial realities mean it will never be sold, but that hasn't stopped us getting behind the wheel.

Watching the vid you get an ever better perspective on just how right the proportions are; and I love the superbike sound of the engine!  Looks drop dead grogeous in that matt grey colour too.... If i was a 14 yr old boy again, I'd make a poster out of the photos and pin it on my wall and dream about it night and day....

Why oh why didn't Jaguar go through with this? The germans and the italian did (albeit on deeper pockest) and now the market is ripe for such cars. This could have been great

It looks great in blue, but quite banal in silver. It also looks stunning from some angles, but the head on shot from the front makes it look cheap, like an Invicta S1, and is rather generic and unimaginative. The technology is fantastic, though. Anyway, it's not in production, so too bad.
