Even those who don't love the Porsche Cayenne should be impressed by its dynamic ability

Dear God, impossible as it might seem, it's even uglier than the last one. This story should carry the warning "Proceed with caution. What has been seen cannot be unseen." People, please stop buying this munter, you're only encouraging them...

I tried to Google "how do you spell the action of being sick?", but to no avail...

I think may be it should be spelt C-A-Y-E-N-N-E

By the way, I love the idea some people may actually care to know the precise hour the detail will be released.

To all those who come in with these over the top criticisms of this car, I thought this was a car website, not Vogue magazine. Looks are not everything in the world of cars, (read Fiat Multipla, horrid looking, but incredible car at the time). Secondly, have all of you who write off the Cayenne based on a poor scanned photo ever driven one. If not, drive one, then come back and compare it to other 4x4s. It is not just me with this view, read the Autocar impressions of the previous and new cayenne, they are quite simply one of the best on road 4x4s ever made, and better off road than many "soft-roaders".

Looks, whether you will admit it or not, are subjective! I love the old Alfa Romeo RZ, others hate it and think it is a minger.

Oh please... Even in that crappy crappy scan of a grainy pic it is nowhere near as ugly as the current one. And if it really is smaller and lighter, this might very well be an impressive car.

People just love to hate on stuff. Geez...

Indeed. By any stretch its a clear improvement on the outgoing model even if it still isn't exactly pretty. These forums really are just a tired wasteland these days of garbage hater posts with the usual litany of pointless uninformed nonsense ready to be copied and pasted from a standard drivel laden document.

as Meatloaf once said "you took the words right out of my mouth" lol a friend once said to me how awful would it be to pick up a girl tell her you had a Porsche and pull up in this thing! if she had any sense she would run a mile!

I like it.

Is this the least top secret car ever?
First, I note that you don't defend the looks anywhere in your post. Second, I never once said it was a bad car. And, third, yes, I've driven it. Several times. No, it's not a bad car. But it is rather pointless, being next to useless in the environment for which this kind of car is intended. And it's still pig ugly.
People have the right to post their opinions
Of course they do, but to do that it would help if they had a genuine and considered opinion to begin with as opposed to regurgitating bile from one thread to another. Usually relating to the same manufacturers. Usually German.
Looks are, indeed, not everything. But they are enough for car companies to spend millions designing and marketing their cars based on looks. And as this is such a well acknowledged example of ugliness it it worth of strong comment. Yes, I've driven it - see above comment.
