Online motor auctioneer offers car-wrapping service for Christmas
12 December 2006

What do you buy the man who has everything? The usual… another Ferrari. But then you have it gift-wrapped, complete with fancy ribbon and bow.

This ultimate Christmas indulgence is being offered on All you have to do is buy a car – or bike, or van, or boat – off the site this month and then click on the special box provided, whereupon car-wrapping specialists – no, really – Wrapology will spring into action.

The service, which starts at £400, was launched when a young banker requested that the Ferrari he’d bought for his girlfriend be wrapped in time for Christmas.

For the more dextrous – and skint – among you, there is a £119 wrap-it-yourself option. This buys you full instructions, festive ribbon and 150 metres of wrapping paper.
