This is the latest concept from muscle car maker Saleen, unveiled today at the New York motor show.Called the S5S Raptor, the mid-engined two-seater is tentatively slated for production in 2010. It is powered by a supercharged 5.0-litre V8 engine (capable of running on E85 ethanol) that is said to produce 650bhp. Saleen claims that the real-wheel-drive Raptor is capable of 0-60mph in 3.2sec and a top speed in excess of 200mph.The S5S is based on a rigid aluminium chassis, which features double-wishbone suspension at the front and rear. Traction and stability control will be included as standard, while stopping power comes from 15-inch brake discs with six-pot calipers at the front, and 13-inch discs at the rear.Providing the Raptor gets the go-ahead for production, Saleen says it will carry a sticker price of $185,000 (around £95,000).

Re: Super Saleen revealed
That's not a car. It's a drawing along with a teenage boy's wish list spec. The story is what?
