Porsche has revealed its £97k 997 GT3 Supercup race car (above), and a road-going GT3 based on it could be just a year behind. The racer keeps the 3.6-litre flat-six from the outgoing GT3 (right), with 400bhp and 295lb ft, and the road car's outputs are likely to be similar.
The road car will also have the racer's ceramic brakes, but may use a version of Audi's DSG gearbox instead of the racer's six-speed sequential gearbox.
