Aston's Bond special caught testing

You've seen the movie-related hype - now here's proof that Aston Martin is working on an uber-DB9 for the road.

First shown as the DBS and tied in to the forthcoming James Bond movie Casino Royale, the new model is said to feature a tweaked version of the regular V12 engine, boosting power from 450bhp to 500bhp.

As these shots reveal, the car might not adopt the widely-tipped DBS monicker. 'DBRS9' badging is clearly visible on the rear hatch.

Aston is expected to produce around 300 examples of the DBRS9, priced at over £120,000.
