The world’s cleanest production car, the hybrid petrol-electric Toyota Prius, goes on sale today.
Prices start at £17,495 for the entry-level T3, and Toyota promises that customers will qualify for a £1000 clean-fuels Powershift subsidy – despite the Government having overspent on the grants.
