Chevrolet will raffle the unique car in September
31 July 2009

Chevrolet is raffling off a unique Corvette Grand Sport to celebrate the National Corvette Museum’s 15th anniversary.

The one-off car gets a unique arctic white paint job, with a black roof and red stripes. The National Corvette Museum’s logo appears on the side of the car.

Power comes from the same 424bhp V8 that appears in the regular Corvette Grand Sport and it is mated to a paddle-shift six-speed automatic transmission.

It gets special-edition 19-inch chrome alloy wheels, a sports suspension system and a Corvette Z06-style front splitter and rear spoiler.

The special-edition Corvette will be raffled off on 6 September during the museum's 15th anniversary celebrations. Tickets cost $150 (£90) each.
