Mitsubishi’s all new Evo X doesn’t launch in the UK until February 2008, but thanks to the magic of modern motoring journalism, Autocar’s Chris Harris can already tell you exactly what it’s like to drive on British roads; read his first drive by clicking here.Chris’ first drive of the car came in one of the very first road-going Evo X models to come to the UK, a car that will be used by Mitsubishi UK for homologation purposes, and was still factory-fresh. “It was tighter than Colin Goodwin in a pricey restaurant,” writes Harris, “but the motor was smooth, throttle response good and the boost arrived so calmly that it barely felt turbocharged.”
