Cadillac says the CTS-V was in the same spec as final production versions, meaning a supercharged 6.2 litre V8 that puts out 542 bhp. The final road car will also be available with a choice of manual or automatic transmissions.Production of the CTS-V begins in the Autumn for the American market, but right-hand drive versions won’t reach the UK until next year.
