Smart is renaming its cars. Out go the familiar City-Coupé and City-Cabriolet badges, replaced by the Fortwo coupé and Fortwo cabriolet, in line with the new four-seater Forfour out early next year.

The new Roadster and Roadster-Coupé will keep their names, but Autocar can reveal Forsun and Forfun badges have been registered for a 2005 facelift. Smart has also registered Forone, Forthree, Forfive, Forall, Fourbyfour and Sportsroader.
