Jack Harrison
Title: Autocar

Jack is one of Autocar’s photographers, responsible for the photos that appear both in the magazine and on this website.

Joining Autocar straight out of sixth form, Jack undertook a nine-month stint reporting on the automotive industry while training as a journalist under the magazine’s apprenticeship scheme.

A move over to the video team happened once his training was complete, where he was responsible for both filming and editing the videos that appear on Autocar’s popular YouTube channel.

However, having been a keen hobby photographer for many years, Jack had always wanted to turn his attention to still photography professionally, and in mid-2023 he did just that in a move that he still can’t really believe. He now travels the UK snapping photos for the magazine, occasionally venturing further afield to locations ranging from Ireland to Italy. He is still involved in Autocar’s video production on the side, too.

A car enthusiast for as long as he can remember, Jack spends most weekends at motoring events up and down the country, helping to cover them on Autocar’s behalf.

Jack can often be found traversing his home county of Dorset, zipping around the fantastic roads in his bright yellow Fiat Coupe 20v while trying to figure out what’s started rattling on it now.
