Officially, the parts are under assessment according to Jaguar engineers

XKR-S spied testing at the Nürburgring wears aero fins in the front bumper
Jaguar is considering offering track-focused accessory upgrades for its flagship 542bhp Jaguar XKR-S.
This test mule has been snapped lapping the Nürburgring while equipped with an elegant race-look rear wing and a set of four aero ‘whiskers’ fitted in pairs to each corner of the front valence.
According to a Jaguar source the parts are non-production, but are being assessed by engineers.
"This does not signal intent for them to appear on a production car," confirmed the insider.
