BMW has launched a limited edition M3 Coupe for the US market to celebrate 25 years of the M3 in the country.
Just 30 identically-equipped BMW M3 Frozen Gray editions will be made; each feature a special matt-grey paintjob, a red and black leather interior and some of the upgrades from the M3 Competition Pack available in the UK.

That means its ride height is 10mm lower, it gets wider 19-inch alloys, standard electronic damping control, and “higher-threshold programming for the M Dynamic mode”.
The car is also equipped with the M DCT gearbox, which lowers the 0-60mph time of the M3 by 0.2sec next to the six-speed manual to 4.5sec.
Buyers in the US will be able to order their cars from Monday and the first deliveries will start later this month. Each owner will also get a day’s tuition at BMW’s Performance Driving School in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

Re: Special BMW M3 Coupe launched
I don't get the silly attacks on BMW every manufacturer makes "special editions" of almost every car they make. Its called marketing and it works.
If this was the car I wanted, and could afford to buy, why does it matter if I chose to get one a bit rarer with a snazzy paint job. Matte should be available on more cars, it really does look good.

So its got a couple of extras and a matt grey paint job, wow, and how much extra will one have to pay for being a mug, no sorry for the honour of owning one of these
Re: Special BMW M3 Coupe launched
If they wanted to mark the occasion, why not give us the CSL we're all expecting?
