Illustrious Land Rover tuner introduces “most comprehensive Range Rover enhancement package to date”

Long-time Land Rover customiser Overfinch has launched a new package of upgrades for the 2018 Range Rover, including carbonfibre trim and some exotic upholstery options.

While the majority of Overfinch models built are unique to each buyer, the Range Rover demonstrator shown here features an exterior redesign, including a new front air intake and altered LED running lights. It also features exposed carbonfibre for the intake grilles and spoiler.

At the rear, a redesigned bumper features a deep aero diffuser and sits above Overfinch-branded exhaust tips. The exhaust system itself has Bluetooth-controlled valves to control the noise level, too.

Despite the standard Range Rover’s 2.5-tonne kerb weight, Overfinch has focused on lightness with its upgrade package. All exterior components are made of carbonfibre, while the bespoke alloy wheels are designed to reduce unsprung weight.

The interior upgrades are just as outlandish. A new ‘Lumière' seat design features, trimmed in Scottish Bridge of Weir leather in standard form. However, Overfinch suggests a wide variety of exotic hides, including “ostrich and shagreen”. Shagreen is untanned skin that can be taken from a horse, shark or stingray.

Don't even know what word

Don't even know what word sums this up best. Horrendous, overpriced, tacky, chavvy, ugly, ridiculous, unnecessary, pointless, crap are some of the few that spring to mind.
