This is the Brabus E V12, a 789bhp super-saloon based on the nee E-class.

Power comes from a highly tuned 6.0-litre V12 twin turbo engine bored out to 6.3-litres, which produces 1047lb ft of torque to go with its 789bhp. Torque will be limited to 811lb ft as its gearbox can’t handle the maximum amount.
