The Los Angeles motor show is still warming up, but one of the most appealing cars that will make its debut here is already on display.
Cadillac's Urban Luxury Concept is a really neat four-seater that almost looks like where the Mercedes-Benz A-class could once have gone, had the boys in Stuttgart been a little braver. It successfully mates Caddy's front end design language with a small, one-box shape.
They should build it now. But they won't. The vibe so far in LA is that it's just a styling exercise. We'll wait for an official statement before complaining in person, but this has potential to go down as another missed opportunity for Cadillac.
Let's hope it isn't so.
