A limited-edition Audi SQ5 will be shown at the Paris motor show. The SQ5 TDI Audi Exclusive Concept is limited to 50 units, with a price tag of €92,000 – a £30,000 premium over the standard car.
Each SQ5 TDI Audi Exclusive Concept will be finished in bespoke Aral Blue ‘crystal effect’ paint. The interior features black nappa leather trim with white stitching, and woven leather is used in the centre section of the seats, the first time Audi has used the material in a production vehicle.
The Alcantara headlining, sunroof blind and door trim inserts are finished in white. The car’s inlays are natural grain ash, which Audi says have been specially treated to emphasise the grain.
Audi Exclusive badges are used throughout the cabin.
The Exclusive Concept shares its mechanical components with the standard SQ5. It is powered by a 3.0-litre Bi-Turbo TDI engine developing 309bhp and 479lb ft. Audi claims a 5.1sec 0-62mph time and a limited 155mph top speed.
Sales in left-hand-drive European markets begin early next year. There are no plans for a UK launch.
