In 2009 Nissan will bring the new GT-R super sports car to the UK with a £60,000 price tag. The Skyline GT-R made its name in the '90s, at the same time as it, and other Japanese performance cars, took a huge leap towards the European class standard. The Toyota Supra made 911-beating performance affordable, the Honda NSX proved that supercar speed could be everyday usable, and Subaru and Mitsubishi brought rally-bred performance to the masses.And those are only some of the milestone models that came out of the east in the '90s.
