Ticket machines to use celebrity voices to prevent crime

Talking ticket machines are being installed in Tunbridge Wells as part of a novel initiative to tackle car crime. When drivers buy a ticket for the town’s Great Hall Arcade car park, they’ll hear a celebrity voice reminding them not to leave belongings on display in the car. The celebrity voices include Frank Bruno, Michael Caine in the Italian Job, and Boycie from Only Fools and Horses.More talking tickets machines are being installed around the town. Tunbridge Wells council wants the scheme to be a fun way to make life harder for car criminals.
