First pictures of facelifted Audi Q5 leak out
21 April 2012

The first pictures of the facelifted Audi Q5 have leaked onto the internet, ahead of the car's official reveal later this week.

Early reports suggest the car is set to go on sale in October after a Paris motor show in September. Visual changes evident from the pictures include lightly revised bumpers, grille, headlamp graphics and tailpipes.

At the Le Mans 24-hour race in June, Audi plans to lift the veil on a new SQ5 model running the 309bhp/479lb ft twin-turbocharged 3.0 V6 TDI just launched in the Audi A6.

There's alot of these new cars that leak. I thought modern cars were built not to leak?

^ The most significant word in the entire article. The car looks the same! I love Audi interiors, I like Audi quality, I like the abundance of four-wheel drive options, but I'd never buy an Audi because they're the most derivative looking cars on the planet!

Even by Audi's standard, that's a light facelift. Would have thought it would get the new squinty headlight look that the A1-A7 all now have.

Lightly face-lifted cars have about as much substance as a fart in the bath. But they are a way of car companies making money out of snobs - who must be seen in the very latest model. Engelbert
