Powered by Mercedes-Benz Live will take place on 8 November

Mercedes is to host a free Formula One grand prix event at Mercedes-Benz World next month.

Taking place a week after the F1 season finale in Abu Dhabi, Powered by Mercedes-Benz Live will feature appearances from F1 drivers and cars from past and present.

McLaren drivers Lewis Hamilton and Heikki Kovalainen will both be appearing at the Brooklands event, while Ross Brawn and Antony Davidson from the Brawn GP team will also be appearing.

Both Brawn and McLaren cars will be driven on the track and there will also be appearances from Mercedes DTM and F3 Euro Series drivers.

Former McLaren drivers Mika Hakkinen and David Coulthard will also be appearing at the event on 8 November.
