Ebay sells most expensive number plate ever
12 July 2007

Fashion is everything these days, and cars are no exception. But how much would you pay to have a personalised number plate? eBayMotors.co.uk made history recently by selling number plate 'CEO 1' for £154,100, making it the most expensive number plate ever. Almost 100 bids were taken for the item, which came off the front of an Aston Martin DB6.Unfortunately there is no information as to who bought the number plate, or what car it will be gracing, but we can only hope it's worth more than the plate stuck to its bumpers.
