Prospective buyers of Ford’s GT supercar have just been told if they’ve been lucky enough to get their hands on one of the 28 UK examples.
The unlucky 1000 other customers got a letter from Ford of Britain Managing Director, Paul Thomas, thanking them for their interest, but promising that numbers of GTs could be increased with reviews of the production run. He also admitted that not having enough cars to satisfy customer demand was ‘an unusual situation’ for Ford.
