Offered in four well-equipped trim levels, the MINI Electric is available with eight different exterior colour options, six eye-catching alloy wheel designs, and four different types of interior upholstery. You can even mix and match the colour of the roof and wing mirror caps, helping to make your MINI Electric truly unique. Add all that style to 145 miles (WLTP) of range, 0-80 per cent rapid charging in as little as 36 minutes[1], 270Nm of instant electric torque and go-kart-like handling, and the MINI Electric is the ultimate all-electric hatchbackIn fact, the MINI Electric is so good that it has earned itself a 4-star review from What Car?’s discerning road testers, who applaud its nippy acceleration, high-quality interior and extremely reasonable pricing. Mini’s new electric hatchback won’t break records on range or usability but has plenty of brand-typical zip and driver appeal. Isn’t bad value relative to other EVs, either

Level 2 trim adds a front centre armrest, rear park distance control, rear view camera, heated front seats and a Comfort Access system. Go for Level 3 and you’ll gain Front Park Distance Control, a high-quality Harman Kardon sound system, adaptive LED headlights, Navigation Plus Pack with head-up display and wireless phone charging, panoramic sunroof and Parking Assistant technology.

Resolute Edition offers Level 3 technology, with a few added bonuses both inside and out. We’ll come back to that later on.

Interior upholstery

Once you’ve chosen your trim level, it’s time to make the interior of your MINI Electric your own by choosing the seat upholstery.

Both Level 1 and Level 2 models come with supportive sports seats as standard. In Level 1, these come in Double Stripe cloth upholstery in Carbon Black, while Level 2 offers a Black Pearl cloth/leatherette finish.

In Level 3 trim, MINI Yours Lounge Leather seats in Carbon Black come as standard and feature Union Jack print on the headrest and lumbar support. After a lighter touch? You can opt for Chester Leather in Satellite Grey, also with lumbar support. Whichever seats you choose, you’ll be comfortable and in control at all times.

Exterior colour

Once the interior of the MINI Electric is to your liking, it’s time to choose the exterior colour. Sparkling Metallic finish is a fan favourite thanks to the added dazzle is gives to the paintwork.

Level 1 trim comes in Midnight Black II, Nanuq White and Melting Silver III, all in Metallic finish. Level 2 adds Chilli Red (non-Metallic) and British Racing Green (Metallic). Opt for Level 3 and you’ll also get the choice of Enigmatic Black and Island Blue, both in stunning Metallic finish.

If you want the ultimate sporty aggressive look, the Piano Black Exterior detailing package is a £300 option that completely blacks out the exterior of the MINI Electric (not available on Level 1 trim). And if you want to add a racing feel, consider choosing Bonnet Strips in black or white for just £150.

Wing mirror caps and roof colour

Next, it’s time to choose your wing mirror caps and roof colour. The ability to mix and match colours across the MINI Electric model range makes it a truly unique proposition in its class.

Striking Energetic Yellow mirror caps are a favourite for their eye-catching colour and nod to the concept car, while white, black and red are also available. After a more uniform look? You can have the mirrors match your chosen body colour. When it comes to the roof, you have the choice of several multi-tone options: red, white and blue. As with the mirrors, this can also be colour matched to the body

MINI Electric Resolute Edition

Finally, we come to the most eye-catching version of the MINI Electric: Resolute Edition. Introduced in 2022, the Resolute Edition embodies MINI’s racing heritage and go-kart DNA with its dazzling paintwork and added styling cues.

Building on the Level 3 trim, the Resolute Edition adds Rebel Green, Piano Black and Resolute Bronze exterior paint options, contrasting roof and mirror caps in Pepper White and special versions of the 17in ‘plug socket’ Electric Power alloy wheels.

Add to that Anthracite headlining, door sill finishers with Resolute Edition design and logo, Light Chequered cloth upholstery, Resolute Edition interior trim and Resolute Edition Bonnet Stripes, and the MINI Electric Resolute Edition is a truly special electric hatch unlike anything else on the road.
