27 November 2014

You forgot to mention the facelifted MG6, the new MG5 and the MG CS SUV, all for 2015/6, along with new engines and geaboxes for both MG6 and MG3

27 November 2014

The Honda Civic type R is the only affordable car that looks to excite in 2015.
Likely to keep my M135i for another year at least unless the R is really outstanding, the M135i package is so much better than all the 4 cylinder hot hatches out there (apart from the looks of course)

27 November 2014

With the new MX5 and CX3.

Both class leaders in the waiting.

30 November 2014

I thought their was speculation about the new BMW M2 coming in 2015/16. That is the only BMW I'm excited to see after looking at the pretty realistic AutoCar mock-up.

4 December 2014

You forgot the replacement for the Touran, due next year after 12 years of service and 2 major facelifts. It's already being driven around in camouflage.

1 January 2015

Err scrub that Spring 2015 launch...

1 January 2015

Looks like an amazing year ahead for new cars. Particularly looking forward to seeing the new Giulia, R8, Bristol, XF, XJ, Evoque, McLaren, Tesla and that hydrogen Toyota. Not to mention seeing more Mustangs on the road.

Also be interesting to see whether forced induction blunts the 458's appeal, which currently focuses around that screaming engine.

2 January 2015

I am very surprised that when many of us at at home and have time to read no one at autocar has bothered to post news of any kind.. sad. Oh well there are other sites I am glad to say

what's life without imagination

2 January 2015

I had a real shock today - snow melting slush and puddles and this is St Petersburg Russia which is on holiday officially for the next 9 days which includes xmas day on the 6th (My partners birthday on the 5th) and a LONG 2,500km round trip for 10 of us in two cars to Belarus. Anyway I was down town trying to avoid the soaking from kind drivers aiming for the biggest puddles - when whispering silence and I stopped to gawp and then another and another and the whole area stopped ... the car was new Tesla...absolutely gob smacked - it is really a handsome thing and all that smooth silence...beautiful - the way to go
