Rochdale sports car manufacturer Al Melling has delivered the first Speedster version of his Wildcat V8 sports car, to a German customer.

With its twin headrests and low, wraparound windscreen the car, powered by a 600bhp Chrysler Hemi engine, was specially ordered by the customer.
Melling, who offers the standard Wildcat with a more conventional screen, a flat rear deck and an AJP8 flat-crank V8 of his own design, says the car shows the versatility of the Wildcat, which can be built with to virtually any interior spec, with a wide variety of brake, suspension and powertrain options.
