Heather Trembath brings more than 27 years of experience at Nissan Motor Corporation, during which time she has progressed into one of the company's most senior global cyber leaders. She leads the development and delivery of Nissan’s cyber security strategy globally, as well as heading the IT function for the AMIEO region, which includes Europe. She joined Nissan as a modern apprentice in 1998 before being hired permanently, initially as an infrastructure support administrator at Nissan’s data centre. She moved up the ranks within IT, focusing on risk management, and took up her current role in 2025.

Chrissie Kemp, JLR

Chrissie Kemp has been instrumental in helping JLR to transform into a digital company in her role as chief data and AI officer, a job she was promoted to in 2023 after joining the company in 2018. Initially responsible for automating processes at the company, she has been expanding her role ever since, at one point generating more than £500 million in value in a single year. Early in her career, in 2009, she joined engineering giant Rolls-Royce, where she rose to become head of digital for power systems in 2016. Kemp began her professional journey in the world of investment banking, before moving into the engineering world.

 

Nazia Shaheen, Volkswagen Group UK

Nazia Shaheen was promoted to her current position as head of the Volkswagen Group UK’s IT operations in 2025, reporting to group IT director for the UK, Dalton Gouws. She secured the role after impressing in her previous post as head of IT governance and security, having joined Volkswagen in 2022. She moved to Volkswagen from retail data management company Rascal Systems, where she had been service delivery manager since 2020. Prior to that, she worked at recruitment company Impellam Group.

Lorraine Dodd, Renault Group UK

As information systems and information technology director, Lorraine Dodd is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the company’s digital products, platforms and technology capabilities. Part of her job has involved streamlining operations, and over the past two years Renault UK has decommissioned 50% of its legacy applications through consolidation, replacement or removal. Phishing resilience has also improved dramatically, with click rates dropping from 12% in May 2024 to just 1% by December 2025. Dodd joined Renault in 2010, working with the company’s bank as a financial advisor and moving to become head of IS security in 2020.
