Judith Richardson
Director, supply chain transformation, Jaguar Land Rover
Judith Richardson was appointed to Supply Chain Transformation Director in June 2021, leading an end-to-end supply chain transformation project at Jaguar Land Rover, reporting to Michael Tickle, supply chain planning director. She joined Jaguar Land Rover in 2018 from Nissan to become global purchasing director responsible for propulsion systems for electric and electrified cars, before adding combustion engines to that role as well. Richardson spent over 25 years at Nissan, rising to the role of head of purchasing for Nissan Europe after joining the Japanese firm as a buyer at its Sunderland plant. Judith is also a member of the Automotive Council along with Jaguar Land Rover CEO, Thierry Bollore. As Chair of the Automotive Council Supply Chain Group, she is one of the voices of the UK car industry helping balance its needs with those of the UK government.
