Attracting, recruiting and retaining women is one of Ford’s key diversity objectives as we know that, right across our business, diverse teams make more informed decisions, are more successful at managing change, and are better able to reflect the needs and aspirations of our customers. It is important that we have not only the polices and process that support women through significant stages of their lives, but that we are also highlight the many talented women who are already part of our organisation, and make Ford Motor Company Limited a great place to work. By raising the profile of female role models we hope to inspire the next generation of women to pursue a career in the automotive industry.
