This week's issue of Autocar magazine is headed up by our first drive review of BMW’s new M135i mega-hatch, a car we declare to be "one of the best BMWs on sale today." Intrigued to find out why? Richard Bremner's review provides all the answers.

The other cover star is Vauxhaull’s new Mini and Fiat rival – the Adam. We've got all the pictures and details, plus an insightful Q&A with Vauxhall chairman Duncan Aldred.

Another highlight is a world exclusive interview with Toyota boss Akio Toyoda by Steve Cropley. He may head up the world's largest car company, but Toyoda is exceptionally good company, revealing a deep-set passion for cars, improving everything his company builds and his desires for a new Supra.

New car lovers can also look forward to our test of the new Fiat Fiat 500L, a drive feature on 'the best car you've never heard of', built by Slovenian supercar maker Tushek, and the Toyota Yaris Hybrid gets Autocar's full eight-page road test treatment.

Elsewhere, our eclectic mix of coverage broadens to stories on the end of TVR, the Rolls-Royce Ghost coupe, the first pictures of the Aston Martin V12 Vantage Roadster, a feature exploring how the luxury car of the future will look, impressions of life with an Alpina D5 and Range Rover Evoque, how to buy an Aston DB7 from £17,000 or an Alfa 8C for considerably more and Colin Goodwin's personal plea to Ferrari president Luca di Montezemolo.

As ever, the magazine is available from all good newsagents, or available for download from Zinio or Pixel Mags (Newsstand).

What a surprise, it leads

What a surprise, it leads with a bmw story. Ho hum.

Trying to follow autobild-- I mean - autoexpress?

Edit: My mistake, in fairness to AutoExpress, they lead on the new Clio, a car more of us are likely to own or at least sympathise with (and not get cut up by).
