Former F1 driver serves up feast at Mercedes-Benz World

Visitors to Mercedes-Benz World in Surrey are going to get a chance to eat meat with unique provenance – it’s been produced on the organic farm of former Formula One world champion Jody Scheckter.

The Gullwing Restaurant at MB World has announced a new menu that will be supplied exclusively from Scheckter’s farm. Since retiring from racing, the South African has become one of Europe’s most successful organic farmers, with the stocklist of his Laverstock Park farm including cattle, water buffalo and wild boar.

The menu at the Gullwing includes chicken liver parfait, rillette of pork cheeks, pickled pork tongue and buffalo blue cheese.
