You could just exercise your right to not listen to it and therefore not be "subjected" to anything you delicate little flower, you.

Pretty sure there were female engineers and leadership waaay back in the 90s when I read automotive engineering at university (heck, they even taught on my course!).

Why are you subjecting us to this sexist clap-trap?

Interview people because they have an interesting story to tell, not because they are women.
