BMW Z4 tuned by Pure Fusion gets upgraded interior; available to order in the UK

A new interior upgrade package for the BMW Z4 has been shown at the Detroit motor show.

The BMW Z4 Pure Fusion Design features new colours and materials, including the use of Nappa leather trim, newly designed white sports seats with brown stitching, and new leather trim on the armrests and door handles. The top and bottom of the dashboard and the instrument cluster have also been re-trimmed in new leather.

Elsewhere, wood trim has been added around the centre console, while more Nappa leather trim covers the sun visors.

A special brown metallic paint finish can also be ordered, exclusive to Pure Fusion Design models. The interior package can be combined with existing M Sport packages. BMW has confirmed the Pure Fusion Design package will be available in the UK.

The car has been shown alongside other models including an upgraded BMW X1, which will come to the UK from March.

Z4 Pure Fiction

Since nearly all the straight sixes were replaced with turbo fours there is no need for this car to have such a long bonnet. In a way that aspect sums up the car - looks like a sports car but isn't looks like a proper BMW but isn't. Leave this one to the perma-tanned Cheshire housewives and hairdressers.
