Chevrolet's Sonic Z-Spec Concept features orange detailing and 18-inch alloy wheels

Chevrolet has unveiled its Sonic Z-Spec Concept at the Detroit motor show.

Based on the Chevrolet Aveo, features of GM’s concept car include an orange racing stripe, orange mirror caps, radiator trim, rear spoiler, 18-inch BBS alloy wheels and touches to the interior – these include orange stitching to the leather-piped Recaro seats and steering wheel.

Although engine and power details have not been announced by the company, it is likely to use a tuned version of the firm’s turbocharged 1.4-liter Ecotec engine, which produces 136bhp and 148lbft in standard form.
