Ferrari's Maranello museum will showcase several Italian icons

Fiat is launching a special exhibition at Ferrari’s Maranello museum to highlight the historical impact certain cars have had on Italian culture in the firm's 110-year history.

L’Automobile Italiana 1899-2009 will show off four Italian icons in the Galleria Ferrari: the 1907 Fiat 130 HP, the 1954 Lancia Aurelia B 24, the 1938 Alfa Romeo 8C 2900 B and the 1948 Maserati A6 1500.

The exhibition will also show off photos and videos about the histories of Fiat’s various brands, as well as famous adverts and the science and technology involved in making cars.

The exhibition will run until 31 October.
