Alex Kersten Former junior reporter
When he’s not bidding on bangers on eBay, you’ll find Alex either underneath a car (to fix something he’s broken) or covered in mud from off-road expeditions in a decrepit Daihatsu Terios.
He’s most at home in early nineties German metal, but has a newfound love of lightweight British sports cars plus the occasional supercar, when given the chance.
Alex was born in London, lived in Germany for a while and makes a decent cup of coffee. Amongst other things, he’s also our deals expert and social media bloke. He's now left Autocar Towers for pastures new.
