These pictures show what could be a lightweight hardcore version of the R8 V10. The company has made no secret of its desire to create Sport versions of the TT and R8, which would be sharper and more track-focused.
Extensive weight gains would be achieved by the simpler bucket seats and removal of luxuries such as the stereo and air conditioning. There are also motorsport-style quick-release buttons for the front cladding.
