    An all-electric version of Nissan’s upcoming Qazana and a production version of the Nuvu electric supermini could go on sale early in the next decade, Autocar has learned.

    Rumours from Japan, where this weekend Nissan will unveil its first battery-powered car for the global market, suggest that an EV version of the Qazana, a supermini-sized crossover, is in the pipeline for 2013. It could even be built alongside the regular Qazana in Sunderland.

     Who cares if it's an electric car or a pedal car , it is so odd that it is an irrelevance.

    I could not disagree more...they are fantastic and I hope they bring them out as is (or at least virtually unchanged)......I really do....would I buy one....YES!

    The small one is a true representation of functionality and stylem but functionality driven......but in any case they have absolute relevance.....thank you Nissan!

    We have seen in recent years car firms having more cars coming out like the actual concept cars....much closer than years ago; I hope this trend not only continues but accelerates and gets even closer to the concept cars.

    Well done Nissan!
