    Nissan is developing wireless charging technology to make charging electric cars easier and faster.

    The wireless charging system is based on the concept of inductive charging, the same electromagnetic field technology used to charge an electric toothbrush.

    Are there any health issues with this sort of charging like there has been with mobile phones. 

    Retro is the way to go

    There are no real health issues with mobile phones nor are there any heath issues with magnetic fields. If there were any remotely serious health issues with 2 billion users world wide we would be dropping in our hundreds of thousands. That clearly isn't happening.
