Yes, Walter Da Silva ran out of ideas after he left Alfa! Means we may get some good looking Aldis! I'm starting to think that "Teaser Pictures" are pointless, serves me right for look at them I suppose

Yes, I too long for the day when our cut-price German supermarkets stop looking like every other brick-built structure and begin to have some kind of flamboyance about their design...

It looks good and very different. The full picture might look so good though...

Cant wait to see it when finally released.  Along with the new Jag it would be great to see more distinctive styling in that market.

I'm sure that it'll look like a large version of the A3, A4, A5, A6 (actually, I like the styling on the A5) but I really hope Audi have sorted the ride out- the previous/current incumbent has a rubbish ride!

And when its driven they will say:  "it feels pretty close to the original." Handling 3.5 stars.

These silly teaser pics deserve a silly post. Yawn. Since when did Audi have a cloaking device on the options list?
Some may say that I now might need to be called drivenonallfoursplease, but most, if not all, won't care.

Original A8 = smooth, subtle and nicely proportioned. Mark 2 = dull, chintzy and bloated (like all current Audis). Like the Elephant Man, this forthcoming version is best kept under a sheet.

The review will continue... "The steering is lifeless and the ride is a bit harsh".

"Its not as sporty as the 7-Series, nor as comfortable as the Mercedes S-Class".
