The new VW Sharan people carrier has been spied testing two years ahead of its launch.

The car will be unveiled at the 2011 Geneva show and is expected to expand in both size and price.

I just hope VW can improve flexibility and practicality of this model.  Whilst the current model and its smaller Touran sibling are solid cars, they lack sparkle in the packaging department. 

On a car like this, practicality is where it should excel. Let's just hope they get it right this time.

It was very flexible when it came out. 14 years on it's not perfect. The next gen I imagine will do fantasticly well.

The Touran is one car that could never be accused of having 'shape'.

Really I hate to say this about a VW car but, it looks BAD - no AWFUL

It's really going to have to make up for this in my opinion.
