Martin Eberhard, a founder of Tesla Motors, is suing former partner and current CEO Elon Musk, accusing him of attempting to take credit for the development of the Tesla roadster sports car.

In a court statement, Eberhard goes on to accuse Musk of orchestrating his departure from Tesla in 2007.

The law suit states: “In his zeal to appropriate Eberhard’s legacy, Musk has instead sullied Tesla Motors’ integrity and blemished Tesla Motors’ reputation and prosperity.”

The 'Aircar', a diesel engine that was converted to run on compressed air, had the same set back.

I wonder what kind of evidence could be used in court. That's why Musk could get off. And if he did try take credit for something he didn't do, what kind CEO is he?
