This is the Porsche Cayenne GTS Porsche Design Edition 3 special edition.

This doesn't smack of desperation to move metal for Porsche!  Still, someone will undoubtedly want one.

Don't know if I've missed it (the Cayenne is not my favourite car.....), but was there ever a Design Edition 1 and 2?

 

They are special editions of Porsche Design (as an outfit, I suppose), rather than consecutive "Design" editions of the same model.

Editions 1 and 2 were with the Cayman and Boxster respectively (though could be the other way round!).

I'm generally extremely excited about Porsches...but every day find that a more embarrassing sentence. The Cayenne isn't exactly a looker to start with...let alone with these additions. Yeeesh.

What with the Panamera forthcoming, my faith really is starting to wobble... At least it'll (hopefully) drive well. Just not sure what their design team's up to at the moment.

And agreed - are they trying to kit it out such that drug dealers no longer need to take the time to bling their Cayenne's up, or so Fiddy can drive it straight off the forecourt and onto the set of his next music video...?

quite an ugly car just got uglier. doesn't sound like anything special: stuff from the options list.

10k for stripes n' stuff. Even the drug lords might baulk at that.
