    These are the first pictures of the Dacia Duster concept, an SUV crossover revealed ahead of its Geneva motor show launch.

    Designed to look like a four-wheel-drive sports coupe, the Duster is actually a far more versatile vehicle. A rear-hinged door on the passenger side provides access to the rear seats and increases functionality, but helps to maintain the car’s coupe-like look from the driver’s side.

    Looks a lot better than the low expectations I had for a Dacia concept car - genuinely interesting, shame there aren't a few more pictures from different angles of the exterior.

    how long before this designer gets poached back to Renault to sort their ailing designs?

    This one is based on latest Megan running gear.   If it ever sees production it should do very well - as the current Lada range is WELL passed it's sell-by-date!
