Aston Martin says the £1 million One-77 has already sold out, before the first car has been produced.

The company says that more than 100 wealthy buyers have expressed serious interest in the One-77, but that it will only build 77 cars.

Aston describes the One-77 as being an extremely rare piece of ‘automotive art’, with a carbonfibre chassis and power set to come from a 700bhp version of the company’s V12.

One word: "desire and jelousy"

 That's two and jealousy has an "a" in it.

 

All those bankers who bailed before the bank went crash have obviously got money to burn.

£50 billion of your tax money buys a lot of over-priced carbon fibre.

But seriously, Gordon Brown, Alastair Darling, and the heads of RBS, Lloyds and HBOS have just ordered new toys. You don't think, nah, that would be unethical - bankers and pols never do that!
