  • Prices announced for relaunched MG

    NAC, the Chinese owner of MG, has announced that its version of the TF will cost £16,399 in “LE500” trim when it is launched in September.
    That is £700 more than the cost of a basic Mazda MX-5. Despite that, NAC says that it has already taken 300 orders and insists that these high-spec early models are ‘competitively priced.’

    I'm pleased they have brought it up to date with air con and leather. I'd be more interested to see if they have brought build quality and reliability up to date.

    It seems a bit expensive to me - the Mazda MX5 is a bit cheaper and is way more modern. Let's hope they don't make a mess of MG when they relaunch this!
    I've got an Aygo and a Meerkovonian meerkat :)
