  • More pain for Max Mosley

    Apr 10, 2008 12:06 AM

FIA president Max Mosley has lost his court battle to prevent the News of the World showing a video of him with five prostitutes. The paper published details of the encounter last month and posted a 90-second extract of the video on its website, www.notw.co.uk, but removed it on 31 March pending the results of today’s hearing.

High court judge Mr Justice Eady admitted that the video was “intrusive and demeaning” and further publication was not in the public interest, but said that granti...Read the full article

Ron Dennis, must have a framed print of the news of the world article. I bet he spends every non race day laughing quietly to himself.

The important issue here is not so much the immorality it is that Max has put himself in a position where he could be either blackmailed or at least have his actions severely compromised. If the News of the World have just discovered this then is it possible that Ferrari knew last year. How about Fine Mclaren Max or we will tell all?

People with Max's power shouldn't put themselves in such a position. That is his crime. By the way Max if you really want some decent torture my Missus would be happy to oblige.

One last poit. £2500 for 5 girls is very cheap for Chelsea. Had he paid for proper professionals they might not have grassed him up.

As a friend of mine said when it broke - 'the next time Martin Brundle bumps into Max on the grid may well be the single greatest television moment ever'

Yes the Martin Brundle interview with the womanising partying Eddy Irvine on the grid was highly memorable - talk about catty! Think Eddy was the last driver with any credentials to have a remotely interesting (ie. un-PC) personal life and probably the single most interesting event in F1 for years... until the Mosely knees-up anyway!

You respect marriage but when your single, rich and fast why should your life be ironed and starched until all minute ruffles are removed? F1 really needs to get a life.

I don't understand the Judges view. The films wrong but Hey, in the internet age what can we do, let the wrong-doing continue! Maybe 'realistic' but that's hardly the point of law he was asked to rule on is it?
