    Other than a slightly different finish to the faux metal painted plastic, the dash is identical to that of the five-door. Which is no bad thing.


    The finish in some areas is as good as anything else in the class. Though the Pro_cee’d may not quite match the interior ambience of the Golf or recently fettled Focus, it is certainly good enough to warrant consideration, and especially given the generous equipment tally.

    I've read good things about the Kia Pro_cee'd on other forums I frequent (I can't believe I'm not going to comment on the name, oh hang on...).   Even if it ultimately doesn't mean Kia 'do a Skoda' and has enlightened drivers flooding out of their Astras etc, at the very least it may provide the European manufacturers a well-timed kick up the backside.

    Shame I'm stonier than biblical execution; guess I'll have to hope the hire company we use at work gets some on their fleet soon...

    If you love cars, get onto Google and find a forum dedicated to your favourite manufacturer or model. Don't hang round here in this horribly humourless and frankly quite depressing place. Too many people with their snouts in the trough use this place as a political soapbox.
